A: Companies affiliated with the freebie sites give a profit to the sites each time a person signs up when they complete an offer with the companies. Different gifts require a different number of referrals so the amount that the freebie sites will get is different, but they’re still getting a profit!
Q: How do I refer people?
A: You can find your referral link from the 'Refer Friends' page once you have logged in.
Q: Do the friends I refer have to complete an offer too?
A: Yes, once a referral signs up under your link they will appear on your status page as a “yellow” or “Offer Not Complete”. Once they have completed their offer this will turn green and show “Offer Complete”. That's one referral closer to your free gift!
Q: Can I use the same computer if my friend's over to complete a referral?
A: No, because these sites track your IP addresses to ensure no one creates duplicate / fraudulent accounts, and your offer may be put on hold until further notice. So refrain from it just for a green!
Q: Is there any way to...you know...-beat the system-? Get greens quicker...? -nudge-
A: NO! The admins will verify your credits, and they have the right to decline and make you be subject to legal action if they catch you trying to cheat them.
Q: I have completed an offer but not been credited.
A: Some offers can remain pending for up to 2 weeks. If you have still not been credited after 14 days raise a support ticket with the site. Most offers are automatically tracked, although one does occasionally get missed. This can be easily rectified.
